If you are planning on leaving your home for an extended period of time with us you are assured that your home is being watched and cared for at all times. We specialise in private owner management and offer a bespoke service. We look after your second home and provide a complete piece of mind that your holiday home is safe and looked after while you’re away.

Package: Argento

85 €/Month

  • Retain the keys of the property in our safe
  • Tour and inspection of the real estate, inside and out, twice a month, and a special tour in the event of bad weather
  • Sending a detailed report to the owner after the property tour
  • Air the property, running water from all fixtures to prevent scale build up, electricity check
  • Watering flowers and other plants during the monthly visits
  • Mail collection and forwarding and/or paying bills on a monthly basis
  • Property inspection after a storm or bad weather
  • For properties further than 10 kilometers from Zadar, €1.50 per kilometer will be added.

  • Include "SILVER" Package
  • Ensuring that everything is checked and working before opening fort he season, closing down post departure and reinstating the regular periodic inspection schedule again
  • General cleaning of the property before the arrival of the owner/guest (once a year)
  • Property preparation for the arrival of the owner/guest – bed linen setting, turning on electrical appliances
  • Preparing the property for your arrival (buying groceries on request, preheating the property if needed)
  • Air conditioning service and cleaning (once a year)
  • Basic maintenance of the garden as needed
  • For properties further than 10 kilometers from Zadar, €1.50 per kilometer will be added.
